The leadership election rules are on the Labour Party website at last. We can meet – but only to nominate. July’s meeting sorted except new members can’t play. I get an email about it from head honcho Iain. More new members still hurtling in. Consult one –Iain hasn’t written to him. Decide new joiners should hear the bad news from us. Send out a couple of hundred more emails. Lots of responses - puzzled, angry, frustrated. Luckily none wanting to bully, intimidate or shoot the messenger.
